Pastor Timothy L. Ballard Jr. is the fourth child of Bishop Timothy Ballard and Lady Theresa Ballard. Raised in a foundation of faith, leadership, and service, he carries a legacy of ministry with a fresh and forward-thinking vision for today’s church.
Pastor Ballard is married to the former Ila Reese, and together they are the proud parents of three children:
Lydia Faith, Timothy Josiah, and David Nathaniel.
His commitment to family reflects his belief that strong homes are the foundation of a strong church.
In February 2025, Pastor Ballard began faithfully serving at Tabernacle Worship Center (TWC), demonstrating a heart for people, a passion for excellence, and a commitment to the Word of God.
He was appointed Interim Pastor in April 2025, and after a season of impactful leadership and spiritual growth, he was officially installed as Senior Pastor on June 28, 2025.
